Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be undamaged and have its original label and packaging intact; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please include the order number and the reason for the return.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. To initiate a return, please contact order@baddecisions.lt.

When returning goods from outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom or the United States), all return-related costs are covered by the customer. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional import/export charges.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected by us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide:

• your order number
• a detailed description of the issue
• clear photos or video showing the defect or problem
